Yuan-hsiao Festival

Chinese people eat tun-yuan catering to Yuan-hsiao festival.

We people either light the beatiful lantern (tien-dun) or make tun-yuan, or both.

My beloved eldest cousin told me to eat tung-yuan cause it's not only a custom to practice during Yuan-hsiao Festival, it also gathers good luck while people eat them and believe in good wills. (i love this thought! )

See, under the yellow candle-light, the big and small ones spark.
Red-bean soup tastes soooo good.
I had both peanut and sesame flavored tung-yuan.

Dark pink and white  one looks so cute and I even desire not to eat them.

Salted tung-yuan with meat is also delicious.
I had lots of them that day.
